Keto SNOW Ice Cream




Well, we actually got powdery snow in Louisiana!!!







This is a rare sight for us! I am not a winter kind of girl, but I think the snow blanket over the outdoors is absolutely beautiful. 

AND a great opportunity to make Keto Snow Ice Cream!!! 



I'm going to list the ingredients, but you are going to need to play with the amounts of sweetener and cream for your desired taste and texture. If it gets too runny, add snow. If it's not sweet enough for you, add more sweetener. 

8 cups of clean snow (I actually used an 8 cup Pyrex piled high)
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 cup of heavy whipping cream 
4 tsp Truvia (add more or less as you like) (Update 2021: this year I am going to use Monkfruit to sweeten it)

  • Pour your heavy whipping cream into a large bowl along with your chosen sweetener and vanilla. Mix around these ingredients in your bowl.
  • Go outside and get some clean snow! This is the fun part!!! 
  • Add the snow to the heavy whipping cream and mix. Add as much snow as you would like to form the consistency that you would like.
  • Enjoy your Keto snow ice cream!!! Happy Snow Day! 





I made extra to put in the freezer to carry our rare snow day into another day!
